Ted worked with clients within the judicial system and as a crisis clinician within the community mental health system in Colorado and Georgia for 15 years. Ted is a graduate of Argosy University and holds a master's degree in psychology. Skilled in both cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, Ted favors a direct approach in goal setting and giving people tools they can apply right away. Outside of SPCC, Ted runs a coaching practice that focuses on assertiveness training and runs an ADHD support group for adults.
