First, we will reach for a free consultation. Next, our team will review the Order and confirm availability to provide supervision services. An intake will be scheduled to review the paperwork with the non-custodial parent. An intake will be scheduled with the custodial parent. Once the intake process is complete, the visit will be scheduled at our Safe Exchange Center or Supervised Visitation Center in Centennial, CO and detailed instructions will be provided to both parties. We do offer off site services within a 10 minute drive of our center after three onside visits if the custodial parent is in agreement. As the largest visitation center in the metro area, we make scheduling easy and fast.
Fees are due at the time of service. The visit will take place at either our Safe Exchange Center or Supervised Visitation Center in Centennial, CO.
Additional travel fees will be applicable if extensive travel is necessary to rural areas. We also offer a sliding scale with documentation to support the financial need.
Exchanges take place at our main office, 6860 S. Yosemite Ct., Centennial, CO 80112.
Visits are conducted with a clinical mental health professional from Serenity Pines Counseling Center, PLLC who is formally trained in both supervision and family therapy.
At our Supervised Visitation Center, the visits are conducted by a professional monitor at our onsite location in Centennial, CO, with consideration given toward off site visits as agreed by all parties. The Safe Exchange Center is located in Centennial, CO.
Each visit will include a written report. Additional correspondence will be billed hourly.
There is a mandatory prepayment for testimony to be paid 14 days prior to any court appearance.

Katie has been providing supervision services since 2017. Katie is a graduate of Denver Seminary holding a MA in Clinical Mental Health. Additionally, Katie holds a Paralegal Certificate, Emergency Medical Certificate, and is a Nurturing Parent Facilitator.
Katie is a member of the Supervised Visitation Network, American Counseling Association, as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
In addition to supervision services, Jeff has 35 years of law enforcement experience, which concluded with retirement as a Lieutenant. Jeff finds joy in retirement from law enforcement as both a grandfather and an active community volunteer.
Jeff is a member of the Supervised Visitation Network as well as Community Corrections.
Diana is a graduate of the University of Texas At El Paso, holding a BA in Education. In addition to supervision services; Diana is an Elementary School substitute teacher.
Ted comes to us with 15 years of experience as
therapist before leaving the therapy profession where he served vulnerable and justice-involved
clients in community mental health. Ted holds a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University and a Bachelor's of Arts in History from Stetson University.
Jen has spent almost 20 years serving families involved in the Department of Human Services. She is a seasoned abuse and neglect professional! Jen brings knowledge that supports the growth of parents who experience temporary parenting time restrictions.
Jan started her career working with youth and families before seeking a path that lead to her JD. She has many years of experience serving families and provides another unique perspective to supervised parenting services.
